What is the difference between Essential Pathway and Premium Partnership?

The Essential Pathway is designed for nurseries wanting affordable access to core training and development. Premium Partnership is a complete compliance, training and workforce support solution with reporting, policy tracking, auditing and ongoing account support. 

How do I enrol in a course?

Enrolling with Stepping Stones Training is quick and simple. Just choose the course (or bundle) you’d like to complete, click the enrol or purchase option on the course page, and follow the checkout steps. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive access details by email so you can start your training online straight away. If you’re enrolling as a setting, organisation or team and need multiple learners added, you can contact us and we’ll help set up your enrolments.

What is an enrolment key?

An enrolment key is a unique code that gives you access to a specific course. It’s usually provided by Stepping Stones Training (or your employer/setting) and is used during enrolment to unlock the course, confirm you’re joining the correct training, and make sure access is given to the right learner(s).

How long do I have access to a course?

You’ll have access to the course for the full access period stated on the course page at the time of enrolment. Most learners can complete the training at their own pace, and you’ll be able to log in and return to the course during your access window. If you need extra time, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help where possible.

Will I receive a certificate after completing a course?

Yes — once you successfully complete a course, you will receive a certificate of completion upon eligible courses.

Can I get help if I have trouble accessing a course?

Yes — absolutely. If you have any trouble accessing a course, during a course or completing a course, our team is here to help. You can contact Stepping Stones Training for support with login issues, enrolment keys, course access, or technical problems, and we’ll guide you through getting back into your training as quickly as possible.

What device should I use to access the course?

You can access your course on any device with an internet connection, including a laptop, desktop computer, tablet, or smartphone. For the best experience, we recommend using a laptop or desktop, but the courses are designed to work across devices so you can learn wherever suits you.

I’m not sure which pathway is right for my setting?

We recommend reading through both the Essential Pathway and Premium Partnership pages first to explore what’s included within each option. If you’re still unsure, our team will be happy to help you choose the best fit based on your nursery’s size, training needs and level of support required via a free demo or emailing us.

I purchased a course but have not received an enrolment key?

Please allow up to 30 minutes for your enrolment key email to arrive. Please also check your spam folder. If you still have not received it after this time, please contact us at support@steppingstonestraining.co.uk and our team will be happy to help.
