Getting started is simple

From registration to launch, we take care of the hard work so your team can start learning as quickly as possible.

 Complete a quick registration or enquiry. We'll arrange an onboarding meeting to discuss your departments, managers, reviewers and how you'd like your platform set up. 

2. Share Your Team Details

 Provide your staff details, along with any policies and procedures you'd like to upload. We'll prepare everything ready for launch. 

3. We Handle the Rest

 We'll configure your platform, enrol your learners, set up your dashboards and notify you when everything is ready to go.

 Premium starts from £14 per user, per month. Everything is included in one simple subscription. 

Is everything from Essential included?

 Yes. Premium includes everything in the Essential Pathway, plus enhanced tools, dashboards, policy management and additional support. 

How long does setup take?

 Most settings can be set up in around two weeks. We’ll arrange an onboarding meeting first to discuss departments, managers, reviewers and your setup. 

What do we need to send you?

We'll need:

  • Staff names and email addresses
  • Parent names and email addresses (for Parent Hub access)
  • Any policies and procedures you'd like us to upload

Once we've received everything, we'll take care of the setup, enrol your learners and let you know when your platform is ready.

Can we access all courses?

 Yes. Premium includes unlimited access to our full course catalogue and any future courses. 

Do you offer bespoke training?

 We may create bespoke courses where they would benefit other settings too. You can also request bespoke webinars for your team.
